Refurbishment of existing 7 story office building with additional new build of 8th floor to create 80 apartments and associated facilities.
Our sub-contractor package in this project included:
- All dry-lining work on a supply and fit bases such as: partitions, ceilings, linings, insulations, tape and jointing
- All carpentry work such as: doors fitting, skirtings, architraves, timber flooring and window boards
- Kitchen installations
This project was complex in nature due to the number of different partition wall types, all of which offering a different fire and acoustic performance. Throughout this process on site, we have worked closely with our suppliers and the Main Contractor team to deliver a High Standard project in a safely manner within the set budget and program.
